Femi Falana : “Falana Denies Allegations, Demands Apology from VeryDarkMan”
Human rights lawyer Femi Falana has vehemently denied allegations made by VeryDarkMan, which he describes as a malicious and reckless attempt to tarnish his reputation.
Falana’s legal team has issued a stern warning to VeryDarkMan, demanding an immediate retraction and apology within 24 hours, failing which they will pursue legal action for defamation.
The allegations in question suggest that Falana sought a presidential pardon for Bobrisky in exchange for N10 million, a claim that Falana’s team has categorically denied.
Meanwhile, Bobrisky has also refuted claims that he bribed EFCC officials to drop money laundering charges against him, stating that he served his jail term and was released.
The EFCC has initiated an investigation into the bribery allegations and has summoned both Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan for questioning.
The controversy has sparked a heated debate about corruption, bribery, and the integrity of law enforcement agencies in Nigeria.
The Nigerian Bar Association has also called for an independent investigation into the allegations, emphasizing the need to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in the legal profession.”
