A real estate company, known as Milk and Honey Luxury Homes Limited is now in Kogi state.

The real estate company with it’s headquarters in Abuja was born out of the desire and passion to provide descent and affordable accommodation at a simplified and affordable rates to civil servants and the general public.

Speaking to press men in lokoja, the MD/CEO of Milk and Honey Luxury Homes Limited, Mr Gbeja Juwon Peters said the company has eight estates with a total of eighty three completed luxury homes, noting that at their site location beside federal university lokoja (main campus – felele) they have, 700 square meters for 4 bedroom fully detached duplex, 650 square meters for 4 bedroom fully detached bungalow, 600 square meters for 3 bedroom semi detached bungalow, 550 square meters for 2 bedroom semi detached bungalow, 500 square meters for 1 bedroom semi detached bungalow and 200 square meters for shop space.

Mr Gbeja Juwon added that the company has complemented Government efforts by providing basic social amenities to some rural communities in Kogi state and expresses the company’s desire to partner with Kogi state Government in providing better accommodation for it’s citizens.
