Bereaved Kogi Commissioner receives Staff on a condolence visit

Kogi State Commissioner for Works and Housing Hon. Samson Bako while receiving top management members of his Ministry on a condolence visit in Lokoja today 06/10/2023 said the death of his younger brother Late Mr. Elisha Bako was a rude shock.

Bako while receiving the top Management of the Ministry, admonished them to always work in the fear of God as nobody could predict the time of God’s call.

Bako who was impressed by the visit also revealed that his younger brother was not sick before the sudden incident.

Bako who admired the envied unity in the Ministry of Works and Housing advised that the Ministry should continue to love one another to serve as a reference point to other Ministries in the Kogi State Civil Service.

While delivering the message of the Ministry, the Permanent Secretary Engr. Emmanuel O. Audu said that the management was here to commiserate with you on the death of your beloved younger brother.

In his words “We are here to commiserate with you because we are aware that you are bereaved over the death of your beloved younger brother, please accept the Ministry’s condolences.

Speaking also, the SSA on Infrastructure Hon Ezzu Yahaya Momoh noted that occurrence should be seen as the will of God and prayed for the repose of the soul of the departed.

While urging them to have solace in God, he finally prayed that God should grant the entire family of Bako the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
