G-20: Biden Applauds Tinubu’s Economic Reforms and Leadership in ECOWAS

This Online platform learnt that Joe Biden also praised Nigeria’s strides in economic reform and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu‘s influential role as head of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in upholding democracy and the rule of law. This affirmation comes following their meeting at the G20 summit in New Delhi.

It acknowledged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s efforts in economic reform in Nigeria and commended his strong leadership as the chair of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in safeguarding democracy and the rule of law in Niger and the broader region.
