Graceful Ladies International Visits Graphic Newspaper, Seeks Collaboration”
Parents have been urged to prioritize their children’s welfare above all else.
Mr. Y.J. Itopa, Managing Director of Graphic Newspaper, made this appeal during a courtesy visit from the “Graceful Ladies International” association.
He commended Governor Ododo for creating an enabling environment for such associations to thrive, given his compassion for the less privileged.
Mr. Itopa encouraged the association to organize a program showcasing their achievements, which would attract support from potential donors.
He emphasized the importance of parents taking care of their children, as it is their primary responsibility.
Additionally, he promised continuous collaboration with the association whenever needed.
Earlier, Princess Grace Oguche, President of the association, briefly discussed the organization’s objectives and expressed gratitude to Mr. Itopa for receiving them despite short notice.
She highlighted the association’s humanitarian efforts this year, including hospital and school visits, distribution of stationaries to 40 public school students, and payment of school fees for primary and secondary school pupils.
Princess Oguche emphasized that every individual contribution matters and appealed to donor agencies, stakeholders, and well-meaning individuals to collaborate with the association to help send more children back to school.
She thanked Mr. Itopa for his support and assurance to provide publicity for the association.
Mrs. Anyebe Grace gave a vote of thanks, applauding Mr. Itopa’s kind gesture and praying for God’s wisdom to guide him in his endeavors.”
