The Executive Governor of Kogi State Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello was recently honoured with a Special Gold Plated Esteem Award by Nafest.
The award was collected on behalf of the governor by the Kogi State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Hon. Salifu Isah Idachaba on the occasion of first National Nafest Stakeholders Technical Gala Night held on the 7th of December 2023 in Abuja.
According to Nafest spoke person, gov Bello was single out for his contributions to the development of Culture and Tourism in Nigeria.
The organisers eulogized Kogi State Governor for being the only State Governor in Nigeria to have Appionted the DG of National Arts council and President World Crafts council, Dr.Otunba Olusegun Runsewe to head the State Advisory intervention Committee on culture and Tourism.
Hon. Idachaba thanked governor Yahaya Bello for giving him the opportunity to serve the state as he keeps doing more in tandem with PBAT Renewed Hope National policy/Agenda.
