The highest court in the land, the Supreme Court has ruled that GTB MUST pay Innoson Motors the sum of 14 Billion Naira within 2 weeks. It means GTB can not appeal any more and must pay. This puts the bank under threat of bankruptcy and customers’ money in serious danger.
