The Transition Chairman of Olamaboro LGA, Comr Ameh Williams, Has described Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has a proactive and security conscious Governor who has zero tolerance for insecurity in Kogi State.
The Chairman made this known in an emergency meeting in his office on Sunday 21st April, 2024 in Okpo. Williams charged security agencies in the local government to step up vigilance, track and fish Out Kidnappers on federal Highways.
Williams gave the charge while addressing the rescue victims who visit him in the office on Sunday. Olamaboro highway can not afford to be safe haven for Kidnappers as well as other criminals and we shall continue to support our leader Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, to do all within our power to support the agencies to track the down perpetrators.
The Transition Chairman while appreciating the Executive Governor, for his proactive response to challenges across the 21 Local Government Areas, He noted That the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo will continue to promote development, peace and transparency.
He assured them that the community will continue to foster peace amongst one another, so as to promote development in the area and kogi State.
He tasked the police and other security agents to always be at alert in their check point and on patrol.
