To enhance and ensure the security of the State remains water tight, the state government through the state security Trust Fund had procured 114 operational vehicles and 49 motor cycles for Kogi State Vigilante Service.
Speaking to the media during the presentation, Hon.Abduraheem Ozovehe Commended gov Ododo’s commitment To safety Of Life And Properties in the State.
According to him, the Usman Ahmed Odod government has made security
his priority by providing the necessary tools for the security to secure the state.
He said the gov had earlier provided quick Response Vehicles for the security agencies in Lokoja, the State capital saying the vehicles are strictly for patrols.
Hon.Ozovehe further said that more operational vehicles and necessary equipment needed by security agencies are on the way.
The Chairman stated that Vigilante in the state are working assiduously with hunters to rid the state of criminals.
He assured the governor of the commitment of the vigilante services to carry out their duties .
He salutes all the community leaders in their quest to keep their domain peaceful.
The Chairman admonished the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the operational vehicles while commending gallant men and women of all the security agencies in the State.
