"Kogi Security Trust Fund Chairman Calls for Community Support
Hon. Abdulkareem Ozovehe Ohiare, Chairman of the Kogi State Security Trust Fund, has urged sons and daughters of Kabba land to contribute to the security of their community.
During a courtesy visit to the Obaro of Kabba, Obaro Solomon Owoniyi, Ohiare emphasized that security is a collective responsibility.
He appealed to companies, stakeholders, and the public to provide adequate information to security agencies for swift response.
The trust fund, in collaboration with the state government, plans to establish quick response units in the three senatorial districts.
Obaro of Kabba, Obaro Solomon Owoniyi, praised the timely visit and promised to relay the message to his people, expressing Kabba land’s readiness to collaborate with the trust fund.
He suggested involving companies and manufacturers, as security agencies also protect them.
The Obaro commended Governor ODODO for his efforts in fighting crime and providing logistics and equipment for security agencies.
He prayed for wisdom for Ohiare and his team to succeed in their mission to rid the state of crime.”
