Supreme Court Verdict: Engr. Joseph Congratulates Governor Ododo on Landmark Victory

State Commissioner For Environment and Ecological Management Engr. Joseph Oluwasegun has congratulated the Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for his resounding victory at the supreme Court on Friday.
The Commissioner while reacting to the verdict of the supreme Court which upheld the November 11, 2023 governorship elections in kogi state won by the All Progressive Party, APC, lauded the apex courts landmark ruling describing it as a triumph for democracy and the peoples right to freely elect their leaders.
“With the verdict, Governor Ododo can now focus on delivering his campaign promises and moving the state forward, building on his consolidation mandate”
He commended Governor Ododo’s steadfast leadership and vision, noting that his ability to navigate the state during the legal tussle is a testament of his exceptional leadership and a clear indication that the state is in safe hands.
He however assured that the Ministry of Environment and Ecological Management will continue to support the Governor’s initiative by enabling a sustainable environment in Kogi State.
While expressing gratitude to the people of Kogi State for their unwavering support during the long-drawn struggle for justice the Commissioner urged them to continue trusting the current administration to deliver on its campaign promises.
