Unity Beckons: Ohinoyi of Ebira Land Calls for Harmony in Kogi State”
HRM Alhaji Dr. Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje, the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, emphasized the importance of unity in Kogi State to attract meaningful development during a visit to the JNI Secretariat in Lokoja.
The Royal Father, who is the Coordinator North Central Traditional Rulers Council and also the Vice President General of JNI in Kogi State, stressed that unity is the bedrock of progress and commended the state’s relative peace and harmony.
He urged Muslims to embrace brotherhood and unity, regardless of culture, and encouraged JNI to continue praying for sustained peace and prosperity in Kogi State and Nigeria.
The Kogi State Chairman of Jama’atu Nasril Islam, Amb. Usman Bello, described the visit as unique and congratulated the Ohinoyi on his appointment as Vice President General of JNI.
Alhaji Isah Adeboye, Secretary of JNI Kogi State, highlighted the chapter’s focus on peace and Islamic propagation.
Alh. Abubilat Yahaya, Commissioner with Hajj Commission, emphasized Muslim unity and togetherness.
Highlights of the visit concludes prayers and the presentation of a holy Quran to the Traditional Ruler.
